Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are approved only for:
Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery + provide photos of the issue.
Wrong Items: Notify us within 5 days of delivery (we cover return shipping for our errors).
Non-Delivery: If your order doesn’t arrive 10 days past the domestic estimate (20 days for international) + we confirm with logistics.
Order Cancellations: Only if requested before your order starts processing (within 1 business day of purchase).
No refunds for: change of mind, cosmetic flaws (non-functional), customs delays, or misused items.
